Shipping & Returns

**RETURN POLICY**

Our goal is to make sure you, the customer, are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. If you would like to issue a return or exchange, please use the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page, briefly describing the nature of your return.

If there are any problems or issues with your order, shipment, payment, or product:
Please contact us via the "Contact Us" link on the top of the page. We will do our best to correct any issues and keep our customers satisfied.

**HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION**

If you would like to receive your order before Christmas Eve, please have your order placed on or before December 18th. We will continue shipping through December 23rd. Although we can not guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve, if you order on or before December 18th you will most likely receive your order in time. This excludes international orders.

Any order placed after December 23rd will not be shipped until January 2, 2014.

**HOLIDAY RETURNS**

We will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased between 11/1/2013 and 12/25/2013 until 2/1/2014.

All orders shipped within the United States are charged a base rate of $6.00 Shipping & Handling. When an item exceeds our base shipping weight, the full shipping cost will be applied. 

We ship world-wide. Orders shipped outside the United States will be charged the full shipping cost.
